  3. 3Stuff the pigeons with the prepared rice — moderate amount only, the rice will expand.
  4. 4Sew the opening shut, or close with a wooden toothpick.
  5. 5Roast in the oven at 180°C for 60 minutes, until the meat and rice are cooked.
