- 6Add the cheese, qishta, butter (or olive oil), and salt. For extra flavor, mix in za'atar, sliced olives, or corn.
- 7Mix everything together well.
- 8Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- 9Sprinkle a little extra cheese on top.
- 10Return to the oven and turn on the broiler until the top is golden.
- 11Serve with bran bread, corn, or olives.
